Glasses or contacts, hearing aids, beverages/snacks & medications if needed during the evaluation.

About the appointment: 
This neuropsychological evaluation assesses many aspects of cognitive abilities, including but not limited to, verbal and visual-spatial abilities, intellectual functioning, memory abilities, motor, effort, emotional, attention/concentration and reasoning.  The session will last approximately 5-8 hours.  

Our policy does not allow observation of actual test administration by third parties, such as family members, attorneys or their representatives, since such a presence would jeopardize test validity.  Visitors are welcome to wait in the waiting area. 

Please turn off all pagers/cell-phones during the evaluation to prevent distractions that will interfere with obtaining your best performance and valid results.

Northbound I-5:

 - Right on James St.

Parking:  Parking is very limited off-street.  There is a Diamond pay lot at 1005 East Jefferson Street.

Off-street parking is available around the neighborhood - beware some areas are for 2-hr parking only.

On Weekends: The outside door is locked, please call Dr. Muscatel from your cell phone and he will meet you at the front door: 206/324-4443
